About
I'm Tina. I'm a clinical psychologist specialised in trauma therapy with a background in philosophy, which probably tells you more about how I think than any list of qualifications.
I approach therapy the same way I approach everything: analytically, directly, and with genuine curiosity about how things work. I like complexity. I'm comfortable sitting with contradictions and things that don't resolve neatly. If your situation were simple, you wouldn't need a psychologist.
I specialize in trauma and EMDR because the work fascinates me. There's a moment in reprocessing where someone's brain actively rewrites a belief it's been carrying for years, sometimes decades. Watching that happen never gets old. It's the reason I chose this field and the reason I stay.
I work exclusively online. Not as a compromise, but by choice. It's where I do my best work. I'm sharper, more present, and more focused in this format. And for you, it means therapy fits into your actual life instead of requiring a commute, a waiting room, and an awkward elevator ride afterwards.
I'm calm. I'm direct. I won't tiptoe around things or waste your time with filler. I also won't push you somewhere you're not ready to go. If you've been putting off finding a therapist because you're worried about being overwhelmed or losing control of the process, I get it. That's not how I work.
I take ongoing training seriously and regularly pursue further education in trauma-focused and evidence-based techniques.
